Nordic Day 2025
Starting with a bang, our first language café event, the largest of its kind in the Nordics, brought people living in different Nordic countries together to practice another Nordic language with each other.
In collaboration with The Nordic Council of Ministers (including Nordic Culture Point, Nordens institut på Åland, Norðurlandahúsið í Føroyum, Norræna húsið í Reykjavík, Nunani Avannarlerni Piorsarsimassutsikkut Attaveqaat), Kielilähettiläät ry, Språkambassadörerna rf, The Norden Association as well as with the support of The Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland we were thrilled to welcome over 130 registered participants from all over the Nordics on Nordic Day 23 March 2025 to practice Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic, Northern Sámi, Faroese, and Greenlandic with each other at free virtual language cafés.
